50g cane sugar
30g date syrup
30g red wine
1/4 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
40g dark chocolate, chopped
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, stir together sugar, date syrup and margarine until creamy. Add red wine & stir shortly. Mix in flour, baking powder and salt until you have a smooth dough. Add chopped chocolate.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop 7 balls on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 12 minutes in the oven, or until golden brown. Allow to cool down slightly before eating.
