Cashew-tofu yoghurt

You’ll need

80g cashews
200g oat milk
200g tofu
1 tbsp cane sugar


Add oat milk to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, add cashews and let soak for 15 minutes.

Add cashews, milk, tofu & cane sugar to a food processor. Blitz until smooth. Pass through a sieve if you feel like, or don’t.
