Prosecco pancakes

You’ll need

130g flour
a pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
20g cornstarch
1 tbsp cane sugar
150g prosecco
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla extract


In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Pour batter into a greased frying pan on medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, then fry on both sides. Repeat for remaining batter.
