Buckwheat pancakes

Lick me baby one more time! These buckwheat pancakes should become your new breakfast baby!

You’ll need

120g flour
70g buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
salt
1 tbsp cane sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
200g milk
1 tbsp flax seeds

Directions

In a large bowl, stir together flours, baking powder, a pinch of salt, cane sugar, cinnamon & flax seeds. Add milk and stir until you have a smooth batter.

Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Add a ladle of batter. Wait until the top of the pancake begins to bubble, then turn it over and cook until both sides are golden brown. Repeat for remaining batter.

Serve with any sweet topping you like.
