I once bought the best paprika rice waffles at Delhaize, a Belgian supermarket. I couldn’t find them nowhere near as good in Berlin, so I made my own spicy version.
6 rice waffles
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sriracha
oregano & sea salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine oil & sriracha in a small cup. Place rice waffles on the baking sheet & brush on both sides with oil mixture.
Sprinkle with oregano & sea salt, then bake for 15 minutes.
