Flax-nut crackers

It’s crunchy, nutty ’n healthy. And above all… so easy! These flax-nut crackers should become your new healthy snack staple.

You’ll need

60g flaxseed
30g nuts or seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg white


Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Blitz all ingredients in a food processor until finely mixed. Spread onto the sheet, then bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool down before cutting into separate crackers.
