What a mangolicious treat! This lassi style chia mango pudding is the perfect combo between sweet, tangy & creamy.
You’ll need (3 servings)
4 tbsp chia
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
3 tbsp cane sugar
In a large bowl, stir together kefir, chia, coconut & cane sugar. Divide between 3 glasses or cups, then chill for 2 hours or overnight.
Blend the flesh of a mango into a puree. Spoon on top of the pudding. Ready to serve!
