Red fruits & chia jam

I’m blindly in love with this red fruits & chia jam. Easy, yummy ‘n highly spreadable!

You’ll need

300 g frozen red fruits (e.g. strawberries, raspberries,…)
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp chia seeds
4 mint leaves, chopped (optional)

Directions

Add fruit & honey to a saucepan. Turn on the heat to medium and let it simmer for 15 minutes, stirring every now and then until the fruit has broken down and most of the liquid has evaporated.

Stir in chia & mint. Pour into a jar & keep stored in the fridge for up to a week.
