These Nesquik chocolate chip cookies are a true trip down memory lane. Or shall we say… throat?
120g butter, room temperature
170g cane sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
60g Nesquik powder
a pinch of salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
80g dark chocolate
sea salt for sprinkling
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat butter, cane sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then add Nesquik, flour, salt and baking powder. Finally, stir in chopped chocolate and stir until you have a smooth cookie dough.
Using a spoon, scoop equally sized balls onto the baking plate. Bake for 12 minutes in the oven, allow to cool down slightly before serving.
