Pizza calzone

A pantry ingredients favourite 🍕

You’ll need

1 roll of pizza dough
150g passata
140g mozzarella, sliced
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
salt & chilli flakes to taste
100g salami or chorizo


Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the dough into a large circle.

In a small bowl, combine passata, oregano, oil, salt & chilli. Spread on half the dough, keeping a few tablespoons for later. Then top with mozzarella & salami. Brush the edges of the dough with water and fold dough in half, over filling; pinch the edges of the dough together to seal.

Transfer to the baking sheet. Brush the top with a little extra passata mixture, then bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
