Apricot-almond energy balls

Fancy a compact snack on the dancefloor? These balls are easily tucked away in your fanny pack, the perfect break for when those dance legs have become like jello!

You’ll need (16 balls)

150g almonds or almond meal
150g dried apricots
100g muesli
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp peanut butter
a pinch of salt


In a food processor, blitz all ingredients until smooth. Roll a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball, repeat for the remaining mixture.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
