Ricotta bliss balls

Sweet, creamy & with a slight tang – these bliss balls with a touch of lemon contain the perfect amount of protein to fuel your body!

You’ll need (16 balls)

40g oat flour (= oats blended in a food processor)
100g almond meal
250g ricotta
40g honey
35g coconut flakes + extra for decoration
30g vanilla protein powder
1 lemon (juice and zest)

Directions

Mix oats, almond meal, ricotta, honey, coconut, protein powder, lemon juice & zest in a large bowl until well combined.

Using clean hands, roll heaped tablespoons of ricotta mixture into balls and coat in extra coconut flakes.
