Cherry choc sheet pancakes

Got no frying pan at hand? Gotcha: these cherry choc sheet pancakes come straight out of the oven! πŸ₯ž

You’ll need

125g pancake flour mix
250g milk
30g cane sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp miso or a pinch of salt
100g frozen cherries
50g dark chocolate, chopped

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, stir together pancake mix, milk, cane sugar, egg, vanilla extract and miso or salt until smooth. Pour over the baking sheet (should be a few mlilimeters thick).

Sprinkle with frozen cherries & dark chocolate, then bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
