Miso soup & corn jelly

You’ll need

9g gelatin powder
500ml hot water
2 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
280g canned corn

Directions

Dissolve gelatin powder, miso paste & soy sauce into hot water. Grease a round mold with oil, then cover with plastic foil.

Add corn & miso mixture to the mold, then put in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
