Flouxus is the result of Louie Van Nieuwenborgh’s roller-coaster weekends that blended kink-fuelled raves at clubs such as KitKat, Lab.oratory, and Berghain with chilled brunches at his flat in Kreuzberg.

Through his previous blog & books Baked Louie’s, Louie used to spread his love for baking with a loyal Flemish audience. In 2018, he graduated with a business degree from Ghent University. As he didn’t see himself working a corporate job in Belgium, he packed his bags and moved to Berlin, a place where people with many different views from all over the world would move to.

Through Flouxus, Louie wants to break free from the foodie influencer stereotype and blend his love for food with the experimental capital Berlin.
